“Kayaking Winter Winds” – SNOW DAY Skaha Lake Log:Jan6th2013

With a 35kmh headwind from the South with gusts at least 40kmh. I attempted to paddle along the East shoreline towards Okanagan Falls (South from my area) but couldn’t get past the point (approx 1.5km away), after numerous attempts I finally packed it in for the day and managed to at least get some paddle video and photos and a heck of a workout. The Tsunami glided well, the rudder made a huge difference while heading into the windy waves.

Hope you like the video, please subscribe if you enjoy. Paddle with you soon!
